After Refurbishment

Dudley School in Hastings, situated in a conservation area, required the refurbishment of an old store room building into a friendly, working environment.

Dealing with both East Sussex County Council and Hastings Borough Council, the result was named the ‘Rainbow Room’, a place where everyday classroom activities could be carried out.

An 1st floor was created to provide much needed storage for sports and school play equipment.

The owner of this property required a side extension to form accessible and friendly space. The project also included the construction of a conservatory near the rear of the house.

This was a large-scale project in Buxted, Sussex, on an old property that was in a state of disrepair on multiple levels.

The project entailed a complete refurbishment of the existing property, interior and exterior, along with complex extensions to the existing building work to increase space.
